Shipping and Returns
General Shipping Information
- Most orders ship via UPS. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes.
- We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S.
- Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- We cannot cancel or alter your order once it has been processed by Top Knobs.
Expedited Shipping Services
- Expedited services such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available depending on product selection and shipment destination.
- Next Day Air shipments will be delivered one day after they are processed by the carrier, while Second Day Air orders are delivered two days after a given carrier processes that shipment.
International Shipments
- We are not responsible for additional duties and/or charges collected by shipping carriers on behalf of your country.
- Orders may be shipped via carriers other than UPS.
- We may e-mail you with the actual freight charges for your approval prior to shipping an international order.
Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us using the information below.
- Returns may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned product to process.
- To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be in sell-able condition.
- You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns received after 30 days will not be credited.
