Most orders ship via UPS. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes.
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50.
Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
We cannot cancel or alter your order once it has been processed by Top Knobs.

Expedited Shipping Services

Expedited services such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available depending on product selection and shipment destination.
Next Day Air shipments will be delivered one day after they are processed by the carrier, while Second Day Air orders are delivered two days after a given carrier processes that shipment.
The cut-off time for expedited orders to ship on the same day is 2:00p Eastern. This is subject to change without notice.

International Shipments

Orders may be shipped via carriers other than UPS.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us using the information below.
Returns may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned product to process.
To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be in sell-able condition.
You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns received after 30 days will not be credited.
